We have decided to ask our beloved users and visitors - do you like BookmarkBase.com site?

There's a small survey (7 questions) which will help us to improve Bookmark Base site.

Thanks a lot for your help and participation!

Of course, you can post your opinions and suggestions in this topic. If, for some reasons, you prefer to stay anonymous - use the survey link.

I have been on the Net since it was somewhat "born" in 1996, even have had my own website since then. So I think my opinion is valuable.

I like the Bookmark Base site. It is simple, well designed and conveys all essential information.

As I mentioned in the survey...

The web site is fine, it's just pretty dead around here. Now I assume that means either all your customers are happy, have no problems and nothing to complain about, or there just are not that many customers. I can't answer that one.

Bookmark Base works very well as a one-way sync conversion tool. I purchased the product primarily because it performs the Firefox to IE conversion so well, without all the Unicode and UTF errors, unlike other bookmark managers. It has my support on converting; I just wish it did two-way synchronization.

    Regards,

FishStyx, I think both reasons are valid.

We now have a very stable Bookmark Base version and all support requests are mostly enhancement requests.
But Bookmark Base is an indie company, we don't have thousands of customers to chat about our products. But I think it's better to have less satisfied customers than more angry ones.
